We boast a large selection of deli-goods, paying homage to the greatest artisan charcuterie producing countries in the world, including the gourmet meats and cheeses produced right here in Australia. Our curated gallery of 200 varieties of cheese became so popular we hired a cheesemonger to share his expert opinion.
Our in-store Chef works around the clock to make sure that our offering is seasonal,fresh and delicious. Expect daily mouth-watering dips, salads, roasted meats and free-range chickens and more.
In 2019 our house-made dips crossed the border and visited the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show where our hommus won a silver medal and the taramosalata was awarded bronze.
We realised it takes a lot of caffeine to run a grocery store like ours, so much so that we decided to develop our very own Ainslie Pantry coffee bean – Dragon Plum.
